Fitness Activities

Free Gym Pass for the day

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre. 

How do I book: No need to book, just turn up.

Kid's activities

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Get ready for a a fun-packed day full of entertaining activities for kids! Let their creativity shine with vibrant face painting, while curious minds can explore hands-on first aid and rookie taster sessions. Little ones will love the soft play area, and balloon animals will add even more joy to the day. Activities include:

Swimming Sessions

Free Lane Swimming Lessons

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Whether you're looking to sharpen your swim strokes or build confidence in the water, this special session is perfect for swimmers of all abilities. Led by expert instructors, it’s a great chance to dive in, learn new techniques, and enjoy the pool - exclusively free for the day!

Additional Information

In addition to all the fun activities, we’ll be running special charity fundraising events throughout the day. Join in on the excitement with our Days Out Raffle, take a guess at the number of sweets in a jar, or challenge yourself in our Fit-a-thon. All proceeds will go towards supporting the fantastic charities, that are 'The Pink Place', and 'Parkinson's UK'.
