Winning Wednesday Radio Competition

  • The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ
  • The “Winning Wednesday radio competition for AquaSplash” offer is available to anyone over the age of 18, entrants must enter the competition via Channel 103’s website channel103.com and follow the entry process mentioned on air or and online at www.channel103.com
  • There are three prizes that are part of the Wining Wednesday competitions
    • X1 Family membership
    • X1 Family membership
    • X1 Swim Lesson Membership for x1 term for an individual under 16
  • Entrants can enter the competition to win a Family Membership and, or the Swim Lesson Membership – but please note these are two separate competitions
  • Family membership would entitle a family of either 2 adults and 3 children, or 1 adult and 4 children to a swimming membership at AquaSplash. Standard terms and conditions of a membership would apply, see je/policies-documents/ for details. The 12-month membership must be claimed and start in 2024
  • Swim Lesson Membership would entitle 1 child under 16 for one term (12 weeks) of swimming lessons. The 12-week course will start at the beginning of a school term of the winner’s choice and will need to be used in 2024, There are two remaining terms for 2024 which starts on April 2024 and September 2024
  • If the Swim Lesson Membership winner claims the prize at the end of 2024, the winner might not be able to access the swim lessons due to the end of swim lesson terms
  • The “Winning Wednesday radio competition for AquaSplash” runs from 19th February - 23rd February 2024
  • The entrant must be a resident of Jersey and proof of address or identity will be requested to confirm
  • The entrant must follow the process as mentioned on air or online at channel103.com
  • Not applicable to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees
  • To be chosen as a winner of the Swim Lesson Membership prize, the lead entrant must be over the age of 18 or have the authority to represent the winner, having legal supervisory status for the minor they want to gift the prize to (e.g., parent, carer, legal guardian etc)
  • By entering the competition, you are agreeing to receive marketing and other communications from Channel 103 and the Promoter regarding the prize. You can choose to withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing
  • We reserve the right to exclude entries where all valid information has not been entered at the point of entry
  • A winner will be chosen by a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions week commencing 26th February 2024 and will be contacted by AquaSplash
  • Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
  • If a winner rejects their prize, cannot be contacted, or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner by random draw
  • All entrants are advised to regularly check the website for any changes to these terms & conditions which may become necessary for operational reasons
  • The winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, e.g., travel to the centre, gym clothing, drinks etc
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice and any amendments will be published on this web page
  • The promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, and usage of your personal information to process and contact you about your competition entry (Data policy can be found on leisure centre websites)
  • Serco accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize
  • Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice
  • Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s entry to the centre or refuse to give the prize reward to the winner with justified reason
